Unique Private Classes

Unique Yoga Flow to the Breath a lovely group class where we develop Resilience, Strength, and Flexibility to both the mind and body.  A challenging class finishing with a lovely relaxation.

Unique Online Classes

Join me on the mat from the comfort of your own home or, if you are on the move, all you need is a space for your mat and a WIFI connection. 


Challenging Unique flow to the Breath class with focus on alignment, strength and flexibility. Create your own space for your practice. Slowing the practice down as we end the session with a delicious relaxation.

Unique Puregym Classes

Join me in Dunfermline Puregym for a Unique Flow Clas. These classes develop your Strength and Flexibility and are open to all levels. The Gym has a buzz about it and the classes are popular for those new to Yoga or Advanced practitioners. All sessions end with a short relaxation and an awareness being brought to your own physical and mental wellness.

Unique 1-2-1 Sessions

Join me for a 1-2-1 Consultation either Online or in the comfort of your own home. These Sessions will be Unique to you and what you would like to develop in your practise.  Whether you wish to develop your Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama, Mental Health through techniques which we can develop together to enhance your wellbeing.

Unique Meditation,Relaxation, Mindfulness, Self Care Packages & Yoga Nidra

Unique Delivers the above Techniques within workshops or class settings both online and in person.  These practices enhance your

Unique Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is quickly becoming one of the most popular styles of Yoga. Everyone from professional athletes to those new to fitness are tuning into Yin to dissolve Tensions and stress. Take a walk on the Yinside for longer more static holds that enable us to access the Yin tissue -Fascia and Connective tissue.

After 18 months of having time to reassess our lives and priorities, I think most of you will agree, our own self care and health is the most important priority in all our lives. What changes have you made to ensure that your life has greater quality going into the future. The greatest gift you can give yourself is time to rest the mind, relax the body and restore your energy on a daily basis. Why don't you consider a personal self care package, whether you are an experienced yogi or new to the practice, this is the time for a new start for everyone. Prioritise your health and wellbeing as everything else in life depends on your state of being. Look forward to seeing you on the mat, Val.
